Worst Customer Service Ever
I know paying less for your cell phone bill means crappy or no customer service. Try getting ahold of anyone besides some bot that can't help with your issue or try scheduling a call back hahahaha good luck.

1 star is pushing it

1 star is pushing it. They were absolutely amazing at first and something within the last little bit has changed. I was charged $540 for unpaid phone bill which is my fault. Then I called to get service back on my phone and the first guy put service on my tablet I don’t even use. Second lady I talked to actually put service on my phone but then transferred me to her manager to cancel my tablet. I told them I can’t afford a huge bill and asked if it would be like $50 or less for additional because I can not afford any more than that and he said yes and then tried to get me on more plans. That was beginning of may, fast forward 2 weeks later I get an 871 bill because of a CANCELLATION not just for my tablet but to try and pay out my phone. She said if I cancel anything before the plan is up I pay and I asked her so do I have to pay the full amount because you guys didn’t tell me everything and lied and she tried to beat around the bush and was like oh well...I interrupted her and asked yes or no. She still tried beating around the bush so I asked her again and she said yes and I said thanks bye. So as for starting anything with them I wouldn’t. I’ve had nothing but problems, especially recently.

Fake bills

Fake bills, If they are charging extra charges for unknown reasons.. If you get an extra charges, when you call call centre, they can’t explain clearly what the reason why it happened, they will tell you that you exceed overseas calls exceed the limits, when you tell them we are sure that we don’t exceed our limits with cell history, they will tell you that you may accept fake money calls from overseas..

The absolute worst customer service

The absolute worst customer service. We changed providers, closed out our account. Than we find out they have given us a bad mark on our credit rating. They say we owe money past due, but we had contacted them to pay it all out . They gave never contacted us claiming we owed them.

Koodo is worst company ever

Koodo is worst company ever! We joined Koodo since Jan 2021, every month's mobile bill has been over charged with no reason. I tried booking on line request schedule a call, never happened. Unfortunaly I signed 2 year plan. I learned a big lesson

All my text messages have not gone…

All my text messages have not gone through since day one. I realized it after 6 weeks after the ones who I sent them the message telling me that they did not receive my messages. Called Koodo's technical support they said reboot the phone and I did then I was able to send my office cell phone a message so I thought the problem was fixed but I noticed the next day that that was the only message went through. I am really fed up with their service. I asked them how to cancel my contact they are saying I have to find another person who wants to take over my contract or pay $490. I had to call them many times for different issues and their customer service and technical support is really bad. My sister also has got her phone from Koodo and her data keeps blocking they are saying that she went over the allowed data usage (5gb). I have doubt about this she was with Rogers before and had only 3GB of data and never had this problem. Her data was blocked 2 times since she started with Koodo. I hope we can get together and do something about this company. It is affiliated with Telus.

I've been with Koodo here in Calgary…

I've been with Koodo here in Calgary for many years now and have never experienced a problem with them. Always good customer service and great cell phone plans. I'm shocked to see all these negative 1 star reviews.

The WORST cell phone provider is Koodo -

I received the phone from KOODO last August & was rushed to the hospital the next day after a bad fall -I spent 5 months in 3different hospitals - I didn't realize the phone came without a SIM card - I called Koodo they said they would send me 1. Then on March 5 they charged me $242.21- I have request my money back several times- yesterday spoke to a Julia & that was the worst customer service - I couldn't use the service until March 22 when I received the SIM card and she said "No". There was no indication she would empathize with me.

Biggest mistake I've ever made!!!!

Paying out my ass for 12gb of the slowest internet around then they charge u 25 for n extra gb when u use that up in a week there the worst do not use koodo

Poor coverage in a built up area in…

Poor coverage in a built up area in South Kelowna, and of course, impossible to get hold of any one to complain. Most calls to and from my home (and this includes all 3 Koodo mobiles at my address), end up in frustration due to constantly cutting out. Not fit for purpose, and no one to complain to. Oh wait, I can complain to the CRTC. Doing that now.

Shameful koodo

They put data on my plan. Billed every month for it. Said they couldn't t remove it. Said once data on phone it s there forever. They removed it after SIX months... but can t get money refunded on bill. Had to change carriers. They still billed me after that... then they sent it to met credit. 125 on my bad credit report. Nasty nasty firm... should not be allowed license. Have letter ready to send to Ottawa. No one should have to deal with them. Phone calls aren't t returned. Nothing good about koodo. Shame on them... shame on the licensing commission for allowing them to take advantage of people. Very wrong.

Koodo is horrible

Koodo is horrible! they suck, lies after lies about upgrades, horrible experience I regret using there services, prices for phones are ridiculous.... I do not suggest koodo unless you want to be disappointed.

Koodo and Telus are the worst phone companies. Bunch of scammers and liars.
Paid off my bill before I moved to u. S they made up some charges and send it off to CBV collection.
Contacted CBV collection (another shark waiting on prey) paid off what ever the made up amount. Asked to provide discharge letter. Nothing I received. No confirmation what's so ever. Fast forward 5 years later May 2019 Koodo reported "paid, collection, charged off" on my credit file narratives.
Contacted Koodo CS I was greeted by a disgruntled French bilingual call center agent and told to contact CBV. They will not remove any report from credit agency. I told him it was reported by Koodo in May 2019 why do I have to call CBV? He replied Since I paid my account with them I have to call CBV. Total BS.

After 5 years of loyalty and many instances of deep frustration at there lack of honest customer service, this company has seriously let me down during covid19... 3 days and 3 "managers" later I am still unable to get a straightforward solution... in quarantine, need data... RIP off 100mbs for $10! I added data but because of text lag on their part ordered twice... charged $12 for 300mb... twice... price gouging company seriously use their customers in small dishonest ways to add big money to your bill... in the end the third manager promised me a new plan for my wife and I... 20gigs of data for $70... today I am cut off and my plan is unchanged (manager didnt complete it properly) and my wife is being charged $85... this isnt the first time they've made "errors" like this... they stall you, overcharge you and make it very difficult for you to reach an actual human rep... they should be charged for upping there fees in this crisis... they actually increased fees for extra data since it started... one of the worst Canadian companies I have ever dealt with... honestly feel they have no regard whatsoever for the humanity in their business... they are all about the money and it consistently shows and comes back on their customers... read the reviews... Do not use this company unless you like the experience of being sidetracked and rippedoff
